Punarbal Plus established in February 2007, is a non-government, non partisan and non-profit organization working in the field of HIV & AIDS. It is registered in Kathmandu CDO office and is affiliated to Social Welfare Council. It has attained a membership in NANGAN, a national network of organizations working in HIV to make an effort in bringing out the concerned issues successfully and fruitfully.
